What ArborLink is

ArborLink is a UK lead-distribution platform for vetted independent tree surgeons. It takes genuine, authority-checked customer enquiries and routes them — by postcode sector, one operator at a time — to local panel specialists who choose whether to take the work.

The whole design exists to respect an operator's time: verified enquiries, operator choice on every job, transparent pay-per-claim billing, and a fair dispute path. Independent service partners keep their own brand, set their own rates, and quote and invoice their customers directly.

What ArborLink is not

ArborLink does not carry out tree work and is not a tree surgery company. It is a lead-generation platform and administrative facilitator — not a service provider and not an employer. The contract for any works is strictly between the customer and the independent service partner who takes the job. ArborLink holds no liability for the works themselves; that relationship sits, properly, between the customer and the operator.
