How billing works

You pay for the work you choose. Nothing else.

Pay-per-claimed-lead, no deposit, monthly invoicing, and credit when a dispute is upheld.

  1. Pay only when you claim

    You are never charged for being on the panel or for leads you pass. A charge applies only when you actively claim a lead — the moment you take the work.

  2. No upfront deposit

    There is no deposit, no joining fee and no subscription to receive enquiries. You hold a payment method on file; nothing is taken until you claim.

  3. Billed monthly

    Claims are totalled and invoiced monthly to the card on file. One predictable, itemised statement — every line is a lead you chose to take.

  4. Standard and emergency leads

    Standard and emergency leads are priced differently, reflecting their urgency and value. Exact rates are shared with you directly during onboarding so you can decide with the full picture.

  5. Automatic credit on upheld disputes

    If you claim a lead that turns out to be a genuine problem, raise a dispute within 48 hours. Where it is upheld, your account is credited automatically — you are not left out of pocket for a bad lead.
